Damage Deposit
In addition to the above rental cost, a damage deposit is required. Damage deposit is equal to the amount of the total rental cost. When request for equipment is submitted, two checks should be included; one for the rental and one for the damage deposit. When equipment is returned in good condition, the damage deposit check will be returned. Rental is based on a three day rental; anything over three days will require additional fees.

Area churches may rent various benches and tables for their festivals and pay half-price or a negotiated rate based on length of time and assistance in loading. To schedule equipment pick-up and return, notify Fairgrounds Manager.
Some items listed above may not be available for rent outside the fairgrounds. The Brown County Ag Society Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse rental to any and all parties.
